Our Estates and Maintenance service is managed day to day by our Estates Manager who is also supported by our Health and Safety specialist.

Our internal Maintenance team are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in which people can live and work.  This is achieved by supporting and working alongside the staff and Residents.

Residents’ bedrooms are serviced on a regular basis to ensure maintenance of facilities such as water supplies, flooring, heating, lighting and electrical equipment. 

Furniture and fittings are also included in the checking process. There is a rolling programme for redecoration of Residents’ rooms and other areas. 

The Maintenance team takes care of the grounds and maintenance of the home. If you wish to report a maintenance issue, please speak to a member of unit staff who will log it for you.
