Senior Management Team

Paul is a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. He held a variety of different clinical positions in both Forensic and Acute Psychiatry, publishing 2 papers, before moving into managing services. He has projects in both the public and private sectors. He has over 15 years' experience as Hospital and Regional Director. Paul joined the MNCC as originally, as managing Director in 2015.

Beverley has worked as a Chartered Accountant since graduating from University with a degree in Mathematics and Accountants and has a variety of experience working for both the commercial and not-for-profit sector. She started her career in practise, whereby she worked her way to partner and director level with a specialist focus in the not-for-profit sector before joining the MNCC in 2012.

Precious has more than 30 years' experience in nursing, including five years as a clinical manager in a neurological rehabilitation centre. Precious is a highly qualified, energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated professional Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience working in Nursing Homes and Hospitals in England as well as overseas. She qualified at the University of South Africa with a BA Nursing Science Degree, Majors in Nursing Education, Community Health Nursing and Occupational Health Nursing. She has attained a Diploma in General Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery, Mpilo School of Nursing/Midwifery, and a Certificate in Mentorship in Public Health, Anglian Ruskin University. She possesses good management and organisational skills and continues her Professional Development following 'My Home Life' Leadership Support Programme. Precious joined the MNCC as Director of Nursing/Care in January 2016.

Suzana is a chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in this field, The experience in management and leadership gained over the years as the Director of Clinical Governance. In her role, Suzana works in collaboration with all departments, ensuring accountability for delivery of required standards, identifying, sharing and ensuring the delivery of best practise, identifying and managing risks and the quality of care, driving continuous improvement across the Centre, and investigating and taking action where standards require improvements. Suzana joined MNCC in September 2012.

Lyndsay is a proficient administrator with over 30 years' experience in the Healthcare and Local Government industry. Before joining the MNCC in 2014, Lyndsay gained significant administrative experience in both clinical and community settings as well as, local government departments. Lyndsay originally the Marillac, as a Unit Clerk where she soon progressed onto PA to the Director of Care and then onto Admissions and Discharge officer. Lyndsay joined to the SMT as Director of Admissions & Marketing in April 2022

Tess is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, with experience across both NHS and private health sectors within paediatrics and adult clinical settings. She takes a keen interest in Dysphagia management within adult neurological conditions, specialising early on in her qualified career. More recently, Tess commenced tracheostomy training with a view of further managing complex neurological cases alongside her caseloads of complex dysphagia and communication impairments. Alongside clinical practice, Tess manages the in-house neurotherapy team at The Marillac, overseeing Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy teams. She is passionate about implementing neurotherapy as a means of promoting function and quality of life for patients living with a range of neurological conditions.
