Resident Rooms
Our resident bedrooms are spacious with plenty of floor space for wheel-chair use. Each room comes with en-suite facilities; some of which are wet rooms. The rooms are equipped with profiling beds, high-specification pressure-relieving mattresses and overhead electrical hoists with personalised slings. In some rooms, there is also an overhead hoist into the en-suite. The furnishings in each room include a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cupboard with a lockable cupboard.
Bedlinen and towels are also supplied. Residents are able to bring their own bedlinen—this does not include curtains, these must be inherently fireproofed in line with our fire policy.Every room and en-suite is equipped with a call-bell system. The system summons staff by means of a ‘bleep’, so that there is no noise to disturb other Residents (except in case of emergency). A portable pendant allows Residents to move safely throughout the house and grounds.
