Registered Nursing Assosciate (RNA) - Full Time (Days or Nights) 

An exciting new opportunity for Registered Nursing Associates to complement the existing nursing roles within our specialist care centre. 

We are currently looking for valid NMC registered Nursing Associate PIN holders with at least 6 months post-qualified experience to join our evolving nursing team.

General information on other roles at Marillac:

Chief Executive Officer, Director of Finance, Head of Care, Director of Therapy and Director of Estates

Reporting to our Head of Care, there is a Unit Manager for each of our three units (St Catherine’s, St Louise’s, St Vincent’s). On each unit there are Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants (24-hour care) responsible for our Service Users’ medical and personal care.

Our Director of Finance heads a team responsible for the following areas:

  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Payroll
  • Reception
  • Training and recruitment
  • Unit Clerks
  • PA to the Managing Director

We have a dedicated Admissions and Discharges Officer.

Within our Therapy department there are three teams each with a leader, trained therapists and therapy assistants:

  • Occupational therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Speech and language therapy

We also engage the services of a music therapist.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the Housekeeping and Laundry teams. Each unit has its own dedicated member of the Housekeeping team.

The Maintenance team is responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the premises. It also provides transport services. We have a gardener who is responsible for the upkeep of our grounds.

Our Activities team provides a schedule of varied group activities for our Service Users and also organises regular ‘themed ’or social events.

We are supported by a large team of volunteers who are managed by our Volunteer Co-ordinator. Most volunteer on a regular basis and provide support for Service Users at group activities.
