Paul is a qualified nurse with 30 years of experience in healthcare. When he left school, Ampleforth College, home of the Order of St Benedict monastic community, he started as a nursing assistant in Yorkshire before completing his nurse training. He held a variety of different clinical positions in both forensic and acute psychiatry, publishing two papers, before moving into managing services.

He has project managed new builds and service transformation projects in both the public and private sectors. He has over 15 years’ experience as Hospital and Regional Director and has been part of the Corporate Management Group of a large healthcare provider. He has held roles as Business Development Director, as well as Regional Marketing Director. Paul is also a qualified Project Manager.

Beverley has worked as a Chartered Accountant since graduating from university with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a variety of experience working for both the commercial and not-for-profit sector. She started her career in practice, whereby she worked her way to partner and director level with a specialist focus in the not-for-profit sector before joining Marillac Neurological Care Centre in May 2012.

Precious joined Marillac Neurological Care Centre as Head of Care in January 2016. Precious has more than 20 years’ experience in nursing, including more than five years as a Clinical Manager in a neurological rehabilitation centre. She is a highly qualified, energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated professional Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience working in nursing homes and hospitals in England as well as overseas. Her expertise also extends to planning, developing and implementing patient care plans/strategies.
