Paul Dixon

Paul Dixon

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Dixon is a qualified nurse with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. After leaving school, he began working as a Nursing Assistant in Yorkshire before completing his nurse training.  He held a variety of different clinical positions in both Forensic and Acute Psychiatry, publishing 2 papers, before moving into managing services.

He has project managed new builds and service transformation projects in both the public and private sectors.  He has over 15 years’ experience as Hospital and Regional Director and has been part of the Corporate Management Group of a large Healthcare provider.

More recently, Paul set up his own consultancy business to help providers become more customer-focused, holding contracts with Care Home Providers, Hospital Groups and The Healthcare Regulator, before joining the Marillac NCC in September 2015.     

Beverley Hill, BSc FCA

Beverley Hill, BSc FCA

Director of Finance

Beverley Hill has worked as a Chartered Accountant since graduating from University with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Mathematics and Statistics. She trained and began her career with a Top 20 firm of accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998.

She is now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA).

Beverley spent 9 years with this Top 20 firm, working in the audit team and developing her skills. During this time, she was promoted to supervisor to assistant manager. She had her own portfolio of clients and was in charge of many large and small company audits and a specialism in the not for profit sector, where she was in charge of several major charity audits.

In 2004, she moved to a local 8 partner firm to be able to put all her skills to good use. She started as a Senior Manager and soon worked her way to Partner and Director level with a specialist focus in the not for profit sector.  She was the Ethics partner for the whole firm, held a practicing Certificate and was a Responsible Individual, able to sign off Audit Reports. She also mentored trainee ACA students and provided training for other staff.

She has a wide variety of experience working for both the commercial and not for profit sector, which combines uniquely to support her role at MNCC.

Beverley has spent over 17 years managing varied portfolios, advising, and assisting many local businesses, schools, and charities, before joining the Marillac NCC in May 2012.

Precious Mazengera

Precious Mazengera

Director of Nursing/Care

Precious has more than 30 years’ experience in nursing, including five years as a clinical manager in a neurological rehabilitation centre.

Precious is a highly qualified, energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated professional Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience working in Nursing Homes and Hospitals in England as well as overseas. She qualified at the University of South Africa with a BA Nursing Science Degree, Majors in Nursing Education, Community Health Nursing and Occupational Health Nursing.  She has attained a Diploma in General Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery, Mpilo School of Nursing /Midwifery, and a Certificate in Mentorship in Public Health, Anglia Ruskin University. 

She possesses good management and organisational skills and continues her Professional Development following ‘My Home Life’ Leadership Support Programme. 

Precious joined the Marillac NCC as Director of Nursing/Care in January 2016.

Suzana Scheele De Moraes

Suzana Scheele De Moraes

Director of Therapy

Suzana is a Chartered Physiotherapist with 30 years of experience in this field, who has mostly worked with adults with neurological conditions. Neurology has been a passion from the beginning of her career. Suzana has worked in hospitals, community and nursing homes, treating people in different stages of their condition. She has also completed residency in ICU and has worked a few years with respiratory physiotherapy, both in ICUs and in the community. Since joining the Marillac, Suzana has furthered her skills in the management of complex neurological conditions. She is pursuing a MSc Degree, at the University of Brighton, which has significantly contributed towards her development in leadership and staff management, which has culminated in her recent appointment as Director of Therapy.

Suzana joined The Marillac NCC as a Physiotherapist in September 2012.
